It’s TEA o’clock!

Did you know that coming right after water, tea is the most drunk beverage worldwide?

Well, I thought it would be great if we would talk a little bit not only about the tradition, but also the pleasure of drinking tea.

This morning, I woke up with some kind of a “delicate” mood. I mean I definitely needed a calm, sunny day spent in a nice ambient, along with people who I feel comfortable with. What can be more relaxing than a cup of jasmine tea? Completely matching my mood, Bohemia Tea House surprised me in a good way because of it’s simplicity and coziness.

Whether it’s green, black, white or red, tea has a great variety of curative and antioxidant properties for the health of our bodies. Regarding the benefices and the “art” that tea brings, people have followed their own different customs and traditions. That’s why the Russian have their “samovar”, the Indians drink tea mixed with cow milk, the Chinese tea ceremony is very prestigious, and of course, the well-know English people with their 5 o’clock tea and the tea parties. Let’s be honest here, everyone knows that the Queen starts her day with the Times paper and a cup of tea.

From the English going in for the French, as I don’t like drinking only tea, but to have something sweet with it..I wanted to share the amazing French Revolution eclairs with you! They’re simply delicious!

What I really wanted to mention within this post is that I drink the Thermojetics Herbalife tea every day. It really helps with maintaining my energy throughout the day. Usually, I don’t like drinking it with sugar, but I don’t like it without it either. I know, I’m kind of picky. But I have recently found the perfect solution: only one teaspoon of Aloe with Mango and it sweetens it immediately. There you go, your cup of tea isn’t a simple beverage anymore, but your fresh morning ritual!
